Mathilde Aurelian-Wilson y Bruce Wilson son socios en Mathilde's Kitchen. Mathilde desarrolla los sabores y toma las decisiones y Bruce ayuda con todos los detalles operativos. As one of the only Haitian food and drink providers in the city of Portland, Hacienda is excited to have helped Mathilde launch their business in 2015 at the Portland Mercado, through the Empresarios program. Very short after, her new ventures into bottled drinks propelled her to close the cart and to focus on her bottled Hibiscus brew. Her brew is now offered at many retailers around Portland, Oregon such as New Season, Market of Choice, Alberta Co-op, and more! While her focus is still on her drinks, she still offers catering of her delicious Haitian food recipes which are cooked and packaged at the Portland Mercados commercial kitchen. She is currently partnering with organization around the city to feed frontline workers and anyone who may need healthy, organic and delicious packaged food!

Meet The Owner

Mathilde Aurelian-Wilson is owner of Mathilde's Kitchen in partnership with her husband Bruce Wilson. Mathilde develops the flavors and makes the decisions and Bruce assists with all of the operational details. Originally from Haiti, Mathilde learned to cook living in many of the Caribbean islands including Cuba, Dominican republic and her home country Haiti. She began her business in the food industry but quickly migrated to the packed beverage business after inspiring success with her Hibiscus Brew.
